FREE SHIPPING IN AUSTRALIA
Free Shipping via Australia Post is included on all orders Australia wide where the net price of the products ordered less any applicable discounts and reward vouchers is $150 or higher.
Orders up to $150 have a shipping fee of $14.50 as indicated on your order confirmation.
ALL orders for delivery to New Zealand have a flat shipping fee of $29.50.
Delivery is expected within 3-6 business days. To facilitate prompt delivery we recommend shipping to a business address or a PO Box.
Please allow an additional 3 business days if you have requested alterations including sleeve shortening, breast pocket additions or any other customisation options.
IF your order is urgent please let us know and we will do our best to assist.
We may, from time-to-time, run Promotions and these may take the form of Multi Buy discounts, Free Gifts, Bonus Offers, prize draws, competitions, or other form of Promotion, or a combination of any of these.
The terms and conditions of each Promotion will be specified as advertised on our website, in Edward Stripe CLUB emails and/or our Facebook page including a time limit at which point no further participation in that Promotion will be possible. Where no Promotion time limit is specified the relevant Promotion will end when it is discontinued on our website.
To be Eligible to participate in the promotion your qualifying Order must satisfy the relevant terms and conditions of the promotion including any eligibility criteria before the promotional bonus will be applied.

TERMS & CONDITIONS
An order placed using our online store is deemed to be accepted only after we send a confirmation by email to the email address supplied. Orders received and accepted during business hours are usually picked, packed and prepared for shipping within the next 3-6 business days.
TRACKING YOUR ORDER
To assist with tracking the progress of your order you will receive:
• an email confirming the products ordered, their cost and any shipping fees
• an email from our banking system at the time your credit card is charged including the total amount charged
• a follow up email after your goods have been dispatched to check that everything is to your satisfaction
We aim to ensure that information displayed at our online store is accurate. However, please be aware that errors can sometimes occur and that availability of all items is not guaranteed.
If your order cannot be fulfilled within our target delivery times for reasons such as stock availability, pricing calculation errors, or credit card processing issues, we will advise you and where possible, offer alternatives for your consideration or cancel the order if necessary to purge any credit card information from our system.
EDWARD STRIPE CLUB POINTS & REWARDS VOUCHERS
Members of the Edward Stripe CLUB earn Points at a rate of three (3) Points for every dollar spent at our online store. The earn rate may be increased for special promotions as well as for members who reach premium CLUB Levels.
Points are converted to Rewards Vouchers at the rate of 1 x AUD$6.00 Rewards Voucher for every 300 Points earned. From time to time, the conversion rate may be varied for special promotions.
Edward Stripe CLUB Rewards Vouchers may only be used at check-out towards the price of any item(s) purchased on our online store. Reward Vouchers have no cash value and may not be redeemed for cash at any time.
We reserve the right to vary the Points earn rate and conversion value at any time before Points are converted to Rewards Vouchers.
