Our Guarantee
We promise that if any of our products does not meet with your approval for any reason, you can return it within one month of purchase, for an exchange or full and immediate refund.
1. Any products purchased from Edward Stripe which are damaged or defective or which are not otherwise in accordance with the customer’s order may be returned within one month of delivery for an exchange or full refund at no cost to the customer.
2. Customer’s may return any products which “do not meet with their approval for any reason” including change of mind, if they do not like the product features, if the product does not fit properly etc. for an exchange or full refund:
a. except for products specifically tailored or altered for the customer’s requirements which may not be returned;
b. provided they do so within one month of delivery;
c. provided that the product is as new and in a saleable condition (the original packaging is not required);
d. at the customer’s own expense; and
e. on the basis that risk in the product remains with the customer until the returned products are received by Edward Stripe.
