BlackStripe by Edward Stripe is a contemporary range of men’s shirts, styled in Australia by Stripe & Company to add versatility to your casual wardrobe.

The fine fabrics selected for this new range include pure cotton, yarn dyed fabrics, pre-washed for comfort and relaxed style, in a range of colours and designs that are perfect for business casual wear.

BlackStripe Casual has a clear pedigree adapted from our signature Edward Stripe designs. This new Trim Cut (casual) design has a soft classic collar and single-button cuffs lined with smooth contrast fabrics, relaxed shoulders, tapered body from chest to waist for a slimmer fit, and is finished with shorter tails that look great tucked or untucked.

The result is a carefully designed shirt that’s comfortable, masculine, casual and businesslike - suitable for many different occasions.

SIGNATURE DESIGN FEATURES

Classic Collar (casual style) – two-piece hand turned medium width classic collar includes quality soft interlining and trimmed inside with smooth contrast fabrics for extra comfort and casual style

Sleeves – slightly longer than regular business shirts so that they can be worn with cuffs turned up or rolled to the elbow

Cuffs – a new 7cm cuff with single button, angled contemporary edge and trimmed with smooth contrast fabrics for extra comfort and casual style

Plackets – signature front button placket design includes soft interlining, finished with fine quality buttons sewn with a crossed lock stitch to ensure your buttons stay firmly attached

Signature split yoke design - made from four separate pieces of fabric, cut along the bias for a neater finish and a perfect fit
